    I purchased a custom built personal computer from Spangle Tech. The product I purchased consisted of the computer and the labor fee. No information was disclosed about any hidden fees or policies regarding to refunding. Since I thought the product I was purchasing had no other additional charges I decided to give an additional amount of money for a tip. Once I received the product I did not use it for a few days. I turned the computer on and went to do work until I noticed the product was defective. It was overheating which was causing the pc to turn off. I had spent 3 thousand 2 hundred dollars on this computer. I saw no excuses for the pc to be defective. I then requested a refund. Spangle Tech tried to convince me into not refunding the computer. I continuously asked for a refund. He then responded with saying there was a restocking fee for defective products. Me knowing that you cannot charge a refund fee for broken products I decided to meet up with him. He then asked me to pay more charges for a refund. He brought up a restocking fee, labor fee, and brought up other hidden fees. He told me he charged me 100+ dollars for zip ties and thermal paste. He also made up other excuses as to why he could not fully refund my pc. He continuously brought up excuses that he is a small business owner and he needed to make money from the transaction. In messages he then started to criticize me which is completely unprofessional. I just want my money back. Now as Spangle Tech tries to refund me they are adding more refund charges that were never disclosed in the purchase. All of these charges are un-called for and I will not be paying money to refund a broken pc.

    -PWM Fan Splitter Cable 1 to 2 Converter QTY. 2 =$18

    -"Tip" $91.33

    - Total Tax $105.86

     

    Labor fees for PC tear down $158

     

    ********************************* received the total refund amount on 8/18/22. The refund was processed via Cash App, with screenshots below to prove. We sent $1.49 at first to verify we didn't have the wrong account, after he received the $1.49 we proceeded with the rest of the refund amounting to $1550. Since sending the total refund we have not heard from ********.
