    ***** Mitchell a representative of Mitchell Tree Company agreed to provide me with firewood because his company shredded the tree I contracted them to cut down. I have the text messages. He told me in a text that he would deliver the firewood the week after March 7. It is *** and he hasnt lived up to his end of the deal. I even offered to pick it up myself and he blocked my phone number. All I want is what he agreed to for his crews mistake. A truckload of firewood. I would take him to small claims court but the cost outweighs the cost of a truckload of firewood. So here I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I added a picture of the text where he said the wood would be delivered . Thanks *******************************

    # ******** - This customer was harassing the owner. He was swearing and calling his personal phone at inappropriate hours. We did end up giving him wood though.

    Tree work was contracted on 4/27/22, and was paid for in advance, in order to get a 10% discount. Front yard has been left rutted, fence was broken and not completely fixed, and 2 trees were removed that should not have been. Additionally, per the contract, the company was supposed to leave 4 pieces of trunk on the back porch for future outdoor projects. Those were left, after multiple calls and texts, on the driveway. Multiple calls and texts have yielded unsatisfactory results in fixing the issues with this work. Homeowner requested that the company pay to have the fence extended since one of the trees that was removed that shouldnt have been formed the end of her fence. This has not been done either. Homeowner was told by one of the companys owners that things would be fixed and made right. To date that has not happened. Homeowner will never use this company again, and would appreciate any help the BBB can give her.

    On May 5 2022 I received a quotation form and a quote to remove 4 trees from my property at **** ******* ct. The quotation form has the details of the service to be provided. At the time of the quote an estimate of three weeks start date. At the time of quote I paid deposit of just a little over half of quote. I never heard from them so called several times and left message. Did get a call that would come on June 13 2022, but no show. Made about eight phone calls about every two weeks and left a message. On ********* got a call at 8am said crew was coming to remove our trees, crew arrived with 3 trucks and equipment. I talked to the ******* of crew and went over job information. I went in the *************** a hour later I got a call from the owner and said he could not do the job for that price and would return my ******* dollar deposit. He said that he fired the person that wrote the quotation and took the deposit. I have the signed quotation form. My problem is Mitchell tree had this quote for over 3 months and never contacted me that there might have been a problem with the quote, pictures were taken of the trees to be removed at the time of the quotation form was signed. I have been waiting to have these trees removed because I have had some wind damage and 2 of the trees are close to my house and 1 close to another building. ***************************
