8/10/2022. Brother's Keeper's Tree Service took down a tree in my neighbor's yard that had fallen into a tree in my yard. The owner of the tree service came to me on 8/6/2022 asking for permission to enter my yard and remove sections of my fence, rather than use a crane to take the tree down into the neighbor's yard. No permission was given at that point and I stated "I will let you know by text if it's OK to come on my property". No further communication came from me as of 8/7/2022 when the Tree Service came over and talked to my neighbor to give him the quote. Neither the neighbor or Tree Service contacted me, stating that the quote was accepted, so I assumed the quote was rejected. On 8/10/22, the owner and his crew came onto my property, unauthorized, and removed sections of my fence. They were seen on security cameras while my wife and I were at work doing so and my wife contacted the owner, leaving a nasty VM saying that the fence needs put back and they need to leave the property. They did, like ****, with boards and sections not even connected. On top of the unsecured fence, they left the gate open on the other side of the property, resulting in two of my dogs getting out of my yard. ********** and a lawyer have both been contacted. We will be taking the legal route with the trespassing since he had no authorization to be on our yard in a secured area and damages that have occurred if the fence is not fixed properly
