    My son participated in a 7on7 football program offered by Traction **. Traction required that we purchase a uniform for my son play football. We purchased the uniform in the amount of ****** plus tax. We never received this uniform that was paid for back in 2021. I have reached out to Traction multiple times for updates regarding a refund for the purchase of a uniform I have never received. I was told by traction representatives numerous times that they were working with ******************* to get this issue resolved. As of today traction ** has still not provided me with an acceptable solution or a refund.

    TractionAP has a 7v7 league each winter.  Last year, we used a new/different uniform company than in years prior.  The coordinator for the uniform company sent us an order link and a pay link.  We passed the information on to each of our parents.  The uniform order was separate from the season fees required in order to play.  Most of the parents/players completed the uniform order information.  The uniform company did not fulfill all of the orders by the end of the season.  They sent several shipments through the five-month season but we never received 100% of all of our players' orders.  We attempted to contact the owner of the company.  He will respond sporadically.  We are still trying to get refunds today.  We sought legal advice, but were told that each parent would have to pursue legal action on their own since Traction did not have a signed contract with the company.  In addition, it was never written or communicated that if an athlete did not purchase the uniform, they would not be able to play.  Obviously, the intention is to have each athlete purchase the uniform so that everyone is wearing the same thing for games, but no one would have been removed from the team if the uniform was not purchased.  Since we didn't receive all of the uniforms, our teams were not all wearing the same things all of the time.  We understand the frustration with this situation and have explained repeatedly that we are still attempting to recoup the money that our families paid for items they did not receive.  When we have new information, we communicate this to everyone that purchased a uniform last year. As previously stated, the company responds sporadically and although we have made some headway, it is very slow going and we cannot guarantee a positive outcome.  We have provided the information for the company for anyone that wishes to pursue action on their own - while we continue to do what we are able to do from our side.
