      Requested JW Bailey construction company (via email since they didnt return my calls) refund 12k deposit for a home remodel project.This was initiated due to multiple funerals we needed funding for. This request was made in January 2025. Only one email from ******* (JW Bailey construction) was received indicating construction project deposits are non refundable. The contract we have from JW Bailey does not have nor indicate deposits are non refundable clauses. Contract initiated October 2024. Remodel date was set for April 2025. No construction material was stored onsite from JW Bailey. JW Bailey will not answer emails now. Were only asking for a 12k refund.

      We reached out to him directly, as recommended in the BBB's literature on this, and were able to resolve the issue with him yesterday.
