  On 05-23-2022 A-1 came to my residence to level my sidewalk leading from my driveway to my house.When I arrived home later that day, I was very upset with the workmanship that was done.The sidewalk had gaps and they had made it offset and not even.They also broke a corner of sidewalk that was not in the job description.I contacted them the next day and was advised that the owner would come out to look at it.Someone did come out a couple of weeks later and I advised them that I was not at all pleased with with the job they had done and I was not going to pay them.The gentleman stated that they would come out and cut the corner that had been broken and they would discount the price.In the middle of December I was contacted by another owner that advised me that he would come out and look at it and I advised him that I was not not going to pay them for the poor job they had done.I have not been contacted sense then by either mail or by phone I believe that they need to replace the sidewalk that they worked on and fix the corner that they broke.

  We have reached out to ************ on 5/4/23 to offer to meet with him again to attempt a resolution and satisfy the complaint,  Ultimately, I texted ************ after his screening service didn't acknowledge my message.

  The estimate was to match the front sidewalk and entry slab, removing trip hazards ranging in the .5" to possibly 2"+ range, visible in our original picture on the estimate. Also, improving the pitch so water flows away from the home.

  Concrete that settles frequently shifts and there is no economical way to re-align shifted concrete.  It can be matched to adjacent concrete, removing trip spots, which has been provided by A1.  If desired and cosmetically, wider gaps can be filled with whatever a homeowner subjectively finds appealing (caulk, cement, mulch, pebbles etc...).  Structurally, gaps don't need caulked unless a significant amount of water is flowing over the gap/seam/crack/joint.  

  We regret the slow pace we have finalized the issue and are willing to provide more service for less then the original $695 cost if it will satisfy *********************

   I am rejecting this response because:
  1st, it has been a year sense service was done without any response from A-1 until now.

  2nd. I was never advised that the sidewalk would shift or part of *********** would be broken if work was performed.

  3rd. Sidewalk would have to be replaced completely to fix the terrible job they did.
