My son was taking his permit test for Colorado online through ITI. We were aware of the problems with this third party but thought if we followed all the instructions we wouldn't have any problems. He answered the test question and clicked continued. It failed him. He hadn't even started the test. I filled out the form for someone to contact me which ***** did. I called the Colorado *** and they gave me a phone number for this third party which can not be found anywhere. The person I spoke to at *** said that my son moved the cursor outside of the red box (which he did not) - the test had not started. In the instructions, it said that the first time this happened you would get a warning and then after 3 times it would fail you. There was never a warning. I requested to restart the test. She said she could not and that I would have to reach out to the State. I asked who is the State, the **** She did not know. She didn't give me a phone number or email for the State. She just said it is ****** who is the Operations Manager. I called the *** back again and they said they can not do anything because it is a third party. I truly believe this third party (ITI) is fraudulent and should be more accountable. Total Scam!!

Its my opinion that intellectual technologies, **** engages in unscrupulous business practices. As a government Partner they offer written online driving tests. Its my opinion that instructions and software of theses tests are designed to to cause a high percentage of failure for suspicious activity (cheating) resulting in a week long delay in the ones ability to retest and a retest fee of nearly double the cost of testing without any process to appeal the companies findings or the ability to talk to a customer service person. As a for-profit partner of a government agency more transparency and accountability should be expected.
