    We had LaDuke's put our irrigation system in when we built the house 20 years ago and they have serviced every year. We live 1 hour away and that was not an issue when they put it in, but now they are no longer willing to make the drive to provide the service. No notice, no letter saying we are unable to or unwilling to drive to provide service any longer, just a call back in when i called to schedule the closing saying it is not worth the drive any longer. If anyone else is experiencing this issue, you might try ********* in Jeffersonville. They are willing to do our closing, even though they did not put they system it in.

    Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Gary, Jimmy, and Pat are just unethical and will lie to you about everything. They don't show up when they say they will and then the service guys trash talk the install crew's workmanship. The systems that LaDuke put in never work properly and you get stuck paying over and over again for repairs for shotty workmanship and quality issues. Gary overcharges you for labor time and can't explain the hours when questioned. Then their secretary will send you bills with late fees after you never receive their initial bills, but it's always the customer's fault. Take your business elsewhere!
