    Surf has been the best internet. We have never had any outages, customer service is top notch, and we get the speed we pay for. We have the 1 gig and have multiple devices (gaming, tvs, phones etc.) all connected and have never had any issues with service.

    I am a new customer and the installation was carnival. That's all I can say. Now this new system might have 1 G input but by the time it gets to your device you only have 70 or worse Mbps. This eero wireless system they use is junk. They have been here trying to make it work better but cant. Of course they say you'll have better speed when you go to the best system. 1G should be more than enough for any house hold. They were suppose to call me back yesterday on a first month billing issue. Never herd back. Yea that to already. Maybe fighting with ******* isn't so bad.

We sincerely apologize that you have had such a negative experience with us so far. We absolutely want to make this right for you and provide both the great internet service and customer care you deserve. Slow speeds is not a typical issue. I have opened a new ticket in your account to have our Tech Support team investigate this right away to get it resolved. I don't have access to the billing system to see what is going on there but I will ask our Customer Relations Manager to look into this today and reach out to you ASAP. Lastly, the vast majority of our customers have been satisified with the eero WiFi routers we provide, but one option for you is to provide your own router if there is one you find works better. You are not required to use the router(s) we provide. The only caveat to this is, if an issue arises, we would not be able to run any diagnostics on any router not provided by Surf Internet. This is just an option available to you if you want to try it. We do not suggest that you should or have to provide your own router. If you would like to call or email our tech support team to follow-up on the new ticket, the ticket number os ****** and they can be reached at ************ or ********************************.

    Signed me up to connect to internet. The guy gave me a Monday appt. Then 2 days later he showed up again and told me iinstall was changed to a wednesday. Problem is, I cannot do a Wednesday. I told him that and he said, someone would call the next day to reschedule the appt. They never did and it is three days later. I guess they do not value my business.

    Surf is currently installing fiber optic in our town. They are sending frequent mailings emphasizing the price "starting at $35/month". But it appears from their website that the cheapest price available in our location is $55/month. This appears to be a bait and switch.

    We do have plans starting at $35/mo. The $35/mo price point is for our 50/50 Mbps plan. This particular plan is not available to sign up for on the website but if you call our sales team at ************ it is absolutely available.

    So far I am unhappy with the service. Back in April 2023 I was informed they could finally do my install. The tech came to my house and come to find out my house was skipped when they installed something in the ground to hook into. There was a ticket submitted so they could finish the construction. I have since had 2 more sales men stop at my door asking if I would like to make the switch. They have both called in to get answers and so far nothing. Here I am still waiting.

    We sincerely apologize for the late response. It looks like when we did the initial construction through your neighborhood, we missed adding a fiber access point on your property. This is needed to splice the fiber from the main line to run up to your home. This is currently being investigated to see what needs to be done to add a fiber access point on your property.

    the speed of the internet is fantastic-could not be happier with that. The billing/customer service is probably the worst I have ever dealt with. Do NOT trust their referal program-they do every thing but honor the promises made. As a former customer of CSInet and Surf wireless/**********************, I should have expected this but.............. If you want super fast internet then this is the place for you. The installer was fantastic, the construction manager an honorable man. If you wish to have a business which honors the discounts for referal-then you probably should do somehwere else.

    A few months back we got word that they would be running fiber in our area which would replace our WISP internet with Surf. Last month the conduit was ran but they said there was about a month and a half wait time since so many people signed up. Today was supposed to be the install day, they came out and said that something was messed up with the box across the street and they couldn't install anything. Now having to wait even longer because they didn't think to check that when the conduit was ran and setup. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and customer focused ISP.

Unfortunately, although we might be in a particular area it does not mean that we will service the rest of the surrounding neighborhoods, please reach out to our sales team to see if there is a possible go-live date in your area.

    I NEVER EVER receive the Internet speeds that I am paying for. Ive called and complained at least 100 times. Nothing ever changes. Definitely dont recommend if you want something reliable.
