    On 05/22/2022 I signed a contract with an ***** -employee of ******* (who no longer is there) that day I signed a contract and she took my $1,500.00 deposit for a date of 6/3/23 for my daughter *************************. I followed up with them in 9/29/22 -or question on outside vendors coming in and I was advised that I was on the schedule but my deposit was required. ********* advised that the date was held but no deposit was made. I let her know I had a contract and deposit was given. I email her at ********************************* She told me no to worry about it, that she would take care of it and she was my point of contact. On 12/14/22 I called again, to confirm vendor details. She mentioned no email was received. I reconfirmed the email address that day and she requested we meet so that she get a copy of the Contract. I met her at 6:15 pm at a local Supermarket, along with her spouse. She took a picture of the contract and I also sent her a video we took on 05/22, in which I had a Video was originally taken of my kids dancing and the address was tagged, She told me to give her time, that she would reach out to me. Come 12/20 I reach out to her again, and she told me that they were still working on it and that her accounting department was looking for the missing tender and due to the holiday they reach out to me at the beginning of the year. I reached out to her on 01/04/23 She told me that she's was in the hospital with her spouse and she would have ****** call me back. I reached out on 01/10/23, told me she has not gotten time to speak to her upper management to see how they want to proceed and that she would reach out to me. I've reach out to on 01/17/2023 and she told me that her spouse has been worse and she has not been able to resolve anything but that again she would have someone call me. So I have also reached out to to the ******************************** and all the team of The Tiedermann Group, on 01/17/2023 and 01/18/2023 and I've yet to receive any assistance. Emails: ***************************************** ************************************* *************************************** ************************************* '********************************' I have then texted her on 01/20/2023, 01/23/2023 and again today 01/24/2023 and she has not replied to my messages. I called numerous of times to the event center ************** and The Tidermann Group **********- left message. All I'm trying to due is get my money back or get my date reserved. I've allowed this to go this far but she told me her spouse was sick. I have a withdraw slip from my back for the cash since they cc system was working. I've offered to file a police report for the missing tender,
