    On 11/4/20 I verbally contracted with Weaver Tree service to have three trees removed from my property. By the following summer he had removed two of the trees, and cut some of the limbs off the third tree. Unbelievable amount of excuses as to why the work was taking so long. In late summer we departed on vacation with assurances the job would be completed. When we returned in the spring of 2022, it was no surprise to see the tree had not been removed. I again arranged to have that tree removed, and verbally contracted to have three more trees removed while we were on a ten day trip. Upon returning home, we discovered nothing had been done on any of the trees contracted for. Weaver Tree Service had layed plywood across my lawn to drive on. Sometime in mid Sept. Weaver Tree service brought their trucks and equipment to our property, parking them atop the plywood. We were unable to get Weaver Tree service to remove their trucks and equipment until Nov.. The grass of my lawn under the plywood is dead ( approximately 10 x 100 )
