    Received a $350 deposit on June 8, 2022 to remove tree from my daughter’s home. Its now June 27th and tree has not been removed and company is not responding to calls or texts. I want either the tree cut down as contracted or my $350 returned asap.

    On March 16,2022 we contracted with Branchwalker Tree Service to cut down a large tree in our back yard. He requested $350 for a deposit. We gave him the $350 and he said they would be out to cut the tree down within 2 weeks. When they didn’t show we called and got no answer. We have left numerous messages and have gotten no response. We are senior citizens and feel like he is taking advantage of us. We would like to have our money back!

    ***** ****** of BranchWalker Tree Service LLC in Indiana provided me an estimate on May 2, 2022, to remove fallen trees in the woods behind my property, to selectively cut dead trees in the wooded area, to trim hazardous branches, and to haul away all wood, brush and debris along with cleaning up the work area. I was given a written invoice with the company name and information on it and quoted a price of 2,000 to do the work. I wrote a check for 750 as a deposit as I have worked with this company in the past without issue. The work was to be done within two weeks. I have reached out via text and phone multiple times to schedule service and received no response. They do not answer their phone or hang up. I have since discovered other complaints mirroring my own. They should be prosecuted for fraud.
