    May of 2021 The owner *************************** was to build a privacy fence around my back yard. Months went by and the only progress done was posts set in my back yard and set wrong at that. The first time I had to get in contact with *************** only had 5 posts in the ground. After many times of me contacting him throughout the year. He finally got about 12 postss up. I then contacted him again late 2021 and his excuse was that he was going through a divorce and couldn't get the job done that he would just pay me back. Since then, I have been in contact with him. Made a deal that he would come get the job done and he still has every excuse on why he hasnt came and got the job done. I have told him I want my money back and even threatened to take him to court. I still will if I have too. But I paid him a check of $1250 and I still have not seen a refund or work in progress. I do not want to continue business with him. I just want my money back so I can find someone to finish the job. He is way to argumentative as well.
