I am a 14 year 100% disabled gulf war veteran and live on my disability with my wife and 4 kids. I decided to get them a swimming pool I ended up paying over $10,000 for a 27 foot above ground swimming pool with Grimes Pools. Weve had it less than two years since then they have been down here several times to fix insulation errors the side walls of the pool coming loose being flimsy falling apart, handles on the valves breaking. I also called several months ago and scheduled my yearly pool opening at which time I scheduled the cleaning of the pool at the same time on the day they showed up to open my pool. They told me I was not on the list to clean the pool, I called back the office. They told me that they would send somebody out next Thursday the following week to clean the pool. I contacted them today once again I was told I am not on the list then I asked about the by monthly cleaning of my pool, the same as it was last year I had originally asked for that at the time of opening they told me he was never put on the schedule, so I am basically out of luck, and they are all filled up for this year, so I called back and asked to talk to the owner because last year I had the pool ladder issues that were falling apart and junk , they got swapped out. He called me back today and told me basically it was a one-way conversation that he was dropping me as a customer that I need to go somewhere else to have my pool serviced. Keep in mind that I have a believe a 10 year warranty on the swimming pool and now I am being dropped as a customer of theirs, so what happens to my warranty. So if he is dropping me as a customer or not honoring the manufacture warranty through his company, isnt that illegal? I have had nothing but trouble since the pool was installed. So how do I proceed now.
