    This guy/company promised to excavate and grade my yard and lay concrete. Requested and was paid deposit for equipment. Destroyed my yard during excavation, took the machine the next day, and never returned. Scam artist.

    The video shows where job was left undone near garage with heavy logs he had moved in front of the door.
    He was supposed to come back and clean up and pour concrete., but instead went elsewhere never to return while leaving my yard a hazardous mess including a pile of dirt and glass and showing off the same equipment at other locations with concrete pours completed.  I have lots more documentation including the rental receipt for equipment that he used my $3000 down payment to lease but finding it difficult to add additional images.
    A refund was requested but he said he was teaching me a lesson, which is also documented.

    Her job was completed on the excavation and we performed about $2500 dollars worth of extra work she never paid for the concrete she wanted poured their was never a dollar amount said or agreed on period she was a customer who wanted a lot of multiple different task done but never wanted to pay for them her yard was graded I spent two days their working and had to pay rental fees I’m sorry she Dnt feel like she got her moneys worth but she did then some

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
    He has no proof, but I have plenty.
