    I bought something from this business was told shipping was held up and it would take weeks weeks went by still same excuse I gave it more time to be nice about even tho I was very upset had to keep reaching out finally got a reply and the excuse was a file was done through cashapp on refunds for people who didnt get there product I was okay with that because I was getting my money back but said it would take 60 days for them to look over the dispute after that I followed up SAME excuse again then said they were issuing refunds through cash app but it could take several weeks when those weeks went by I reached back out ***** stated she wasnt sure why I havent got my refund and stated she would reach out and see another week went by and no reply finally got a reply after messaging several times and she said shed have my refund to me by the end of the week I said okay thank you end of the week then it changed to by Sunday I was very upset but said okay Sunday comes around she quit reading my messages messaged several more times with no reply even tho it shows shes online ********** and posting videos on TikTok so I know shes seen my messages I just simply want my money back and its become a severe nightmare shes the worst business owner and now shes switching her bossiness name so people dont notice shes still scamming people I also have ALL documentation
