    Does not stand behind their work on warrantied items, overcharged ridiculously fees ($125 to flip the water shutoff valve to fill a water tank!), and then have the audacity to say, What about the time I was there. If you believed what your CUSTOMER told and showed you, you wouldnt have wasted EITHER YOUR OR MY TIME. Wants to charge $450 to switch out tanks and only take $50 off from what was charged the day before ON A WARRANTiED ITEM.

    **** came out for a spring checkup and addressed our heating/cooling system. He was very thorough and we are pleased with his service as always. He gave us some recommendations for the future.
