    I was cold-called by *************** from Smart Source. I chose one of three companies listed, but assume all are the same company. I rarely take cold calls, but thought I would listen to his pitch. What he said made sense, so I allowed him to give me a quote. Everything went well for months until recently. I missed my payments as I wasn't getting invoices, but paid them when they contacted me. I will admit, there were stumbling blocks in getting bills generated by them and then paid. It eventually worked out, and they were on auto-pay. **** would call me once a month to make sure all was good. I was in the hospital in early September and couldn't answer his monthly check-in call. When I got out of the hospital, I tried contacting him for service but received no response from him. This was odd. They were always very punctual. Several more attempts, but nothing. I tried logging into my account and found it disabled. My assumption is that they discontinued my service, albeit with no notice whatsoever. This type of business practice is unconscionable, considering I had spent thousands of dollars with them. If they had a problem with my account, the business-type response would be to talk about it, not ghost me. I will look for a new IT contract because of this.
