      Northshore came out to do work for us on 6/24/2024 to do various plumbing requests including supposedly installing a brand new badger garbage disposal. It is now 2/19/2025 and we had a different plumbing company out and they noted that the garbage disposal installed was not only 10 years old, but an insinkerator. Northshore's technician lied and installed an old disposal. This was the most egregious of the shoddy work that the technicians performed and we have had to since undo. I would greatly appreciate an apology and a refund for the garbage disposal that we paid for in the attached invoice but did not receive.

      First time seeing this complain so I did deep research in our data base and 
      I dont know this customer, we dont have any tracks or any records of any work being done for her, she must have some other company done that work for her not us. Also we dont sell or provide any plumbing fixtures we only do installations of customer provided equipment. So that complain its not related to my company at all
