      *********************** provided us with a quote on April 6th to replace our chimney cap, replace the brick rails on our porch, and tear down our current mailbox and build a new one on the opposite side of driveway using the same bricks. **************** never mentioned that he was not a certified *****. The person that he hired to do the work was also not a certified *****. The work done on the chimney needs to needs be redone. It's not a proper chimney cap. The mailbox is not leveled, the grout was poorly done, and the worker decided on his own to paint the bricks with lime using his hand. The bricks no longer match our home.On June 7th, **************** stopped by and told us he would replace the mailbox. He said he found a place that had the bricks to match our house and that he would pick them up and have the work done. June 7th was the last time we heard from him. My wife decided to stop next door and talk to ******************* on July 12th. Mrs. ******* informed her that **************** was working in the house. It turns he had been working next door for weeks and never bothered to stop by. **************** agreed to refund our money since the mailbox needed to be replaced. He told us he would stop by later in the day with the money. He stopped by only to make an excuse that he did not have his notes and that he would refund the money on July 13th. The same thing happened on the 13th. **************** called us and said he would stop by on July 14th with the money. Instead of coming to the door he left us an envelope with a note and $701.00. We paid him a deposit of $2750.00. The bricks for the mailbox were ruined. The mailbox has to be torn down and rebuilt and we also have to have a proper limestone chimney cap installed. We told **************** on July 12th that we had the chimney looked at and the work was not done correctly. We would like **************** to refund $2049.00. On April 19th at 2:32pm we were provided with 4D Development Corporation as the company name. Phone ************.
