5 starsWe had hail damage after a storm in April. Apex replaced our roof and siding as well as our downspouts. ********************* was easy to work with and kept us informed as to the status of our job. He dealt with the insurance company and even got ** a little extra money from them. The crews were respectful and conscientious. I would recommend Apex.Review fromVincent M

5 starsAll I can say is wow! The job the crews of Apex did is impeccable. From start to finish was top quality and in a timely fashion. Major thanks to ******* who made this an easier process. Helped in every step from starting the claim, meeting the adjuster, and constantly checking in to see if we had any concerns on work being done. Look elsewhere. They did a horrible job, my chimney leaks because rather than sticking the siding between the gutter and the chimney they decided to cut the siding around my gutter. So every time it rains we have to throw every towel we have onto our fireplace to absorb all the water. That’s just one of many problems I’ve found since buying the house. Has a new roof and siding only a year old.

Unfortunately we dont know who you are as weve looked you up and youre not a customer of ours. We dont cut siding around gutters so youve got the wrong company. If you would like to pay and have ** come out and fix some other problems youve inherited, by all means please reach out to ** and we can take a look. We have a great rating on the BBB and warranty our work. There is a reason we doing roughly 1,000 roof/ gutter jobs each year, and thats simply because we dont have problems.Review fromRandall M

5 starsMy home was damaged in a hail storm in April. I spoke with and hired Apex General Contracting to repair the damage. Apex met with my insurance field adjuster and arrived at an agreement on the repairs that needed to be completed. The interaction end to end was easy and seamless. I was impressed by Apex. The quality of the work was excellent. The teams handled replacement of ******* and skylights, replacement of vinyl siding and outdoor lights. The teams did an excellent job at site clean up after the work was completed. Excellent Value for Money. Very pleased.Review fromDenise N

5 starsAfter a major hail storm in ********* we had substantial damage to our roof, siding, ac and windows. There were six or seven different companies traveling our subdivision hoping to obtain ** as customers. We spoke to a few of them and ***** from Apex General Contracting stood out as caring, understanding, very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us through the insurance process to obtain the funds to repair our home in a timely fashion. Apex General Contracting had our home and many others in our subdivision completed before other contractors had even started. 5 starsAfter a recent hail storm damaged numerous roofs in my neighborhood I had Apex inspect the property for damages prior to contacting my insurance. I was impressed by the completeness and documentation of their inspection. I went through the same scenario 14 years earlier and used a "local" roofer. They were nowhere near as skilled and professional as the Apex crew.Apex helped us navigate the insurance paperwork and responded promptly anytime I texted or called. Once the insurance check was in hand they completed my roof 10 later and the gutters the following week.My neighbors who have the competitions signs in their yards are still waiting to get their roofs done by the "local" roofers. I had hail damage to the vinyl siding on the whole side of my house, and damage to a couple of shingles on my roof almost a year ago now. I called Apex and ******* came out, looked at it and said let's wait until we get a good rain maybe more hail damage will show up on the roof and I can get the insurance to get you a new roof. He did that three times then said call me after July 4th and I will take a look. I called him and called him and I called the office two times. ******* would not call me back until I text him and said who I was and said you know the the you have been stringing along for a year now. Well that got a response and not nice. He said in his text I didn't have damage. I said the insurance paid me out. He said he didn't do patch work. I said it wasn't patch work and if you had no intention of doing it you could have been honest from the start.Apex General Contracting

This review is absolutely not correct considering ******* was upfront and honest with ****** each time the site visit was made. The insurance company paid for a couple pieces of siding and a few shingles. We dont do small repairs like this and ******* suggested that he would continue to stop out over the duration of a year and every quarter or so and check to see if any other damages showed up after we receive rain and heat for the expansion and contraction to take place. ******* stopped out at her residence 3 different times though out the duration of a 10 month period. He could not identify any other damages. This customer was not grateful for the extra stops going above and beyond of what we expect from our reps. ************* you cant make everyone happy as we pride ourselves on customer service which this situation is a direct result. 5 starsWe had Apex General Contracting replace our roof. The roofing crew did a fantastic job! The roof looks great! At the end of the day other than a new roof, you wouldnt even know they had been here. No roofing debris in site. We are very please by the work that was completed and without hesitation we would recommend Apex General Contracting to anyone. Thanks
