    North Pointe Motors has worked on my car on several occasions. I own a 2008 *** 528 Xi. Never ever have they at any time promised to correct, repair, upgrade, or do anything on my car and they have not delivered. Every single time I have taken my *** elsewhere, either I have to take it back to the repair shop because of them only partially correcting an issue or in fact causing a new issue that never existed before I took my car to their shop, not North Pointe - These guys are a family, they work on your car as if it is their car. They make sure when you drive out of there you are satisfied, and no redos. **** and team, keep up the great work. And I want to clearly state here, absolutely no one from North Pointe ever asked me to do a review. They let their work be their reference.
