    Called OREI and was told return to them for exchange , but told technician that it was purchased from ******* which wasn't a problem for OREI. It's been over 2 months and being told it's coming soon.

    We tried reaching the customer via email several times after receiving their return to obtain their order information so that we could process their refund. However, we still haven't received their order information. Please contact the customer and request their Amazon order number and we will process the refund for the return. Thank you

    I am rejecting this response because: they received receipt from ****** that was in the return box with product. They also got an email by request of them proof of purchase and *** info. I didnt know what else they would have to have an order to get another unit.

    I went through all of your previous correspondence and nothing included the Amazon order number. We need your order number to issue the refund back on ******. This product is not compatible with your setup and will not work for your intended use.

    You can see in your attachment that there is no mention of Amazon order number. We wouldn't be asking you for the Amazon order number if we had this information. All you have to do is log in to your Amazon account and provide us with the order number and we will process refund immediately.

    I tried to return 4K@60Hz Wireless HDMI Extender up to 165 feet with IR (WUHD-165-K) OM#***** Item requires 2 HDMI cables that are not included, the item description does not say cables are required!The customer service phone number is not in service!!Lifetime tech support and free customer support buttons do ************************************* does not respond!!!!The site states that if you return an item you will be charged for return shipping AND for the free initial shipping cost!!!!!These crooks took me for $269.10!!!!!!
