    Purchased TBI Hose through ****** with an extended 5 year warranty in May 2021. I have the extended warranty registration confirmation through TBI PRO ************** **** has developed a leak. Have sent multiple emails to ****************************** regarding the leak. Written to ****** regarding the same. No response from either companies.

    I purchase two 100-foot hoses from this company that clearly advertises a 5-year warranty. Those hoses failed, and I am still under the warranty! I cannot reach anyone associated with this company, and I even registered the products upon purchase. This seems like a complete sham, and I am strongly demanding that they abide by their warranty and refund my purchase for their defective products. Photos attached.

    On 09.02.2020 I purchased a TBI Pro expandable garden house (3750D Fabric 4-layers flex strong latex). It had a 5-year replacement warranty. I paid $67.64 for the product. The *** confirmation # is X002HKCIGB. On 05.20.2024 I attempted to use the hose only to find that it had sprung a leak. Hence the flow out of the nozzle was significantly diminished. It is essentially un-useable. Pursuant to their warranty information, I sent an e-mail to *** on 05.21.24 and again on 05.23.24. To-date I have not received a response. I am seeking a refund or a replacement.

    On 06/07/2021, I purchased a 100 foot TBI PRO Expand Hose from Amazon (order# ***-1450121-1855447) for $63.92. One of the main factors influencing my decision was the 5-year warranty on the hose. In April of 2024, I noticed that the hose had developed a leak. The advertising provided with the hose asked that if I was unsatisfied with the product, I should contact TBI PRO support via email. I sent an email on 04/23/2024, explaining that the hose was leaking and asked what my next steps should be to get a refund of my purchase price or to get a replacement hose. As of 04/28/2024, I have received no response to my email. Judging from the various other complaints against this company for similar problems, I want to add my own complaint immediately rather than wait for a response so that others can see the complaints mounting before deciding to purchase anything from this company.

    I bought a hose ...which included a warranty...and the hose developed pin hole leaks . I would like the hose either repaired or replaced.

    Purchased TBI Pro Garden Hose Expandable and Flexible - Super Durable 3750D Fabric with warranty via Amazon June 2021 for $56.11. Five (5) year warranty confirmed by ******************************* <********************************>. June 2022 hose ruptured and seeking a replacement. TBI Pro is unable/unwilling to support their product/warranty. TBI Pro initially responded that they were out of stock and unable to replace it. I periodically followed up to date without response or resolution. All receipt, warranty and issue communication attached.Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

    I purchased a 100ft. expandable hose from TBI Pro through Amazon on July 27, 2021 for $54.07, order # ***-1327310-6809041. This hose came with a 5 year warranty. My purchase was registered upon delivery using activation code 07-0FP1. Subsequently the hose developed a rupture July of 2022 so I contacted the company via their customer service portal (email) twice and called ************** leaving a message and contact information several times. Needless to say there has been no communication. I am asking for the company to honor the warranty. I have attached a copy of the warranty and product support information.
