    I have had Choice Warranty for almost 3 years. May 14th I noticed my hot water tank leaking. I called Choice Warranty and the repairman came the 15th and told me I had to pay him $1200 to replace it and Choice would refund me the money. I called Choice and they said "No, they will pay the contractor; ********************. I paid the deductible to Shilo on the 15th of May. *** was the man's name. He was supposed to come out on the Following Tuesday and text me he would be out Tuesday between 7:30 and 11 AM. Early Tuesday he text me and said he had 2 sewer jobs and would change my water heater when he was finished. I advised him I had a 12 appt. and said that that was good call him when I return home. i called him at 2PM and didn't hear anything until I texted him at 5:30 and he was short with me and said he didn't promise to be out that day he would be out Wednesday Morning. He didn't come out and he explained that Choice never pays him and owes him money. Until they give him the money for the work he is not going to do it. In the meantime I called Choice 3 times. The third time I requested a different repair man and they said if they do that I have to pay another 65. ***** said they would come out first chance. I texted him Friday and he said he was visiting his father on the West Coast of *******. I texted him to see what time he was coming today, June 3rd, and I have had no response. It will be 3 weeks since my claim. The leak is much worse and my water bill is $30 higher.. Policy ********* Claim *********. The repairman said Choice does this to everyone. He said the customer ends up paying and never can recover their money. ************ for Choice ************ Shilo

    On July 3rd of 2023 I filed a claim with choice warranty because my basement was flooded. Ive been a good standing customer for 3 years. They claim to have called ******* to come to my rescue and all Ive gotten was nothing but stressed build up Ive called several times to get answers to be transferred and on hold 30+ minutes. Because of their uncertainty of rendering a service that Ive pay for faithfully every month for the last 3 years Im presently still in water missed time from work waiting on a ******* they never offer to reimbursement from another ******* I never received anything from my home warranty services this business is incompetent and not reliable to satisfy the customer I asked to speak with management never transferred over Unhappy customer searching for answer my basement is in bad shape waiting on this company to provide me the service
