Significant additional work was performed without our consent. The work was satisfactory but the company refused to provide additional details to describe the $4800 worth of charges. Despite multiple requests, titan has ignored all email correspondence. They are now threatening legal action despite being unable to produce any formal invoice or documentation of the additional scope of work. I have been very clear about my willingness to pay the outstanding **** but need some additional information prior to settling up.

    Business Response

During the course of construction it was discovered that the plywood decking as well as the rafters were rotten and unstable on both the house and the garage. We contacted the customer the day the project started to let him know that bad wood was found and an additional invoice would be provided once material & labor bills were submitted. Approximately 2-3 days later, the total additional cost was provided to the customer. Upon his request, he was emailed an invoice on 5/19/22. Per the customer request, we broke down the invoice by type of wood (1x6, 2x4, 2x6,2x8, plywood etc), on 5/19/22. After 3 weeks without contact, the customer requested an additional invoice breakdown that we are not able to produce. The next interaction from the homeowner was this BBB complaint. Additionally, the customer sent our office an email today 6/13/22 (1 day after BBB Complaint) notifying that the the full payment was sent by mail.
