    I am writing to express my concerns about a recent experience at the **********, ** location. On August 17th, I entrusted my vehicle a 2015 *******************, to your establishment for need repairs on a water pump. This was the only issue with the vehicle! No lights were on the dashboard of the car.Upon retrieving my vehicle after the repairs were completed, I noticed the brake, and check engine lights were on! The car is no longer in operating condition! Upon further inspection parts were stolen off my vehicle and replace with faulty parts or missing completely! I have to replace my brake rotors, pads and caliper in order to take the vehicle to another facility for a complete inspection! Again, this was not an issue with my vehicle when it was taken in for repair!I am trouble by the fact that such an incident occurred within your premises, as it reflects a lapse in security and integrity. As a customer who has relied on your ***********************, I am disheartened by the lack of apparent negligence that has led to this situation. I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and a thorough review of your security protocols. I expect a prompt response outlining the steps you intend to take to rectify this situation, including the replacement of the stolen parts at no additional cost to me. Moreover, I urge you to take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future, ensuring the trust and confidence of your customers are upheld. I trust that you will handle this matter with the seriousness it deserves and look forward to your prompt response. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
