Counseling Speaks is a mental health collective committed to providing accessible, personalized mental healthcare both in-person and virtually. Our mission is to foster the personal, emotional, and social well-being of clients, helping them reach their fullest potential through a range of services, including clinical counseling, consultation, coaching, supervision, crisis intervention, and psychoeducational services. As a holistic clinic, we continually strive to enhance the mental health and overall well-being of individuals, embracing diversity and working within the community to create a welcoming environment for all. Our bilingual staff is dedicated to offering a safe and supportive space that promotes a healthy and positive lifestyle. We offer counseling and psychotherapy for individuals of all ages, including individual and group counseling, relationship and marriage counseling, child and family therapy, trauma and violence treatment, social skills groups, and other support groups. Additionally, we provide specialized services such as yoga therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy, life coaching, clinical supervision, and continuing education. By collaborating with hospitals, recovery centers, doctors, schools, churches, and community organizations, we strive to offer a holistic approach that cares for both the mind and the heart, supporting every individual’s path to well-being.
