    I purchased 12/24/2022 an open box ******* galaxy s20 ultra 5g carrier *unlocked* for $398.73. It was not unlocked so they told me to send it back for a replacement that was unlocked because they made a mistake. They said when they received it it had a crack on the screen, when I sent it back it was not cracked. They said if it was cracked from shipping they wouldnt do anything about it but send me back the same cracked locked phone. But changed thier mind and said they would try to unlock it and if they couldnt the would send a new unlocked replacement. I recieved the phone today 2/3/2023 and they did NOT unlock the carrier nor did they send a replacement. So I'm out of almost $400 and dont want anyone else to go through this with this company as well.

    In July of 2021, I purchased, and O&M Electronics **** ********, ********, sold me, what was supposedly a BRAND NEW ******* Galaxy S10+ 1 terabyte phone to the tune of $741.99. Recently the phone started having battery and speakerphone issues, so I contacted ******* regarding such issues on a device that should have had a 1 year, from date of purchase, manufacturer warranty. I found out through ******* that the phone was in FACT NOT NEW and actually activated, as well as the device warranty, in 2019. I said this can't be as I purchased phone BRAND NEW in July 2021, and have receipt to prove so, which I provided to *******, and they advised they'd pass along to their investigation team. After contacting *******, I contacted O&M Electronics, of course the young lady who took my call advised no one (management) was available to take my call, so she took my name and number and advised someone would reach out to me within next 24 hours. No one had returned my call, so I called O&M back...same young lady remembered me calling and advised she was connecting me to a supervisor. Instead, I got a voice mail for which I left a message, and if course no one has returned my call. I've since tried to call back from 2 numbers I initially left for them to be able to reach me, and from both lines it rings once, and then a message comes on and says, "the number *************) you've dialed cannot be reached from your calling area. The numbers were reachable before my complaint call, and my call back, so why not now? "So, they're blocking any calls so as to NOT address customer complaints. I'm requesting a full refund as resolve to this SCAMMING issue.
