  Do not use this company I ended up being serviced by them thru my ho.e warranty company. I scheduled my appointment for a time I'd be available and they had a time slot.My complaint is he arrived 30+ min prior to appointment. I was informed by some one else working in my home that he was there I allowed him to enter my residence he wondered thru my home looking for other jobs they could complete in the future. As well as completing the job he was sent to complete.When I arrived home he was in my driveway undressed from waist up just sitting there. He precedes to roll down his window not wearing a shirt and tell me about the other things he found and photographed in a completely different location. I emailed the company expecting to receive an apology and letting me know they would speak to him regarding his (******) actions instead I received a call from ********** believe telling me he was justified I wondering thru my house because he was looking for the sump pump but he didn't ask the person who allowed him to enter the residence. He then suggested he was looking for the breaker which is on the wall less then ten feet from the sump pump. Then precedes to tell me he had taken off his shirt because there was sewer water leaking in the second location which is yet another lie because I went to wear he stated there was a leak and it's completely dry and covered in dust not moisture of any kind. And I photographed the area as well. If you are referred to use them by your home warranty company do yourself a favor and ask that they be listed as do not send out. And if you're looking for a reputable company that won't try to run up a bill on you keep looking

  When our hot water heater began leaking, our home warranty company sent a technician from Action Mechanical Services for an evaluation. A technician from the company diagnosed the need for a replacement. Unexpectedly, I was handed the technicians phone with a representative from the home warranty company on the line, informing me of an $800 out-of-pocket expense, with no prior transparency from Action Mechanical Services about what these costs entailed. When I sought clarification from the home warranty company, they cited code violations, re-piping, the expansion tank, and more as reasons for the additional chargesnone of which were communicated to me by the technician. Adding to the frustration, the technicians manager had promised to provide a bid for upgrading to a hybrid water heater. Despite my proactive follow-**** the bid never materialized. Then, out of the blue, I received a message from my home warranty stating that the service request was complete as of June 26, 2024.This lack of follow-through and transparency regarding costs and services is unacceptable. It has left me questioning the reliability and integrity of Action Mechanical Services.

  Assigned to come out through home warranty, Set the time for **** am, then I looked on line the day of appointment, it now shows 8:20-10:20. It's not 10:40 and I still haven't seen anyone, or got a phone call. How do companies stay in business with service like this. I should send them an invoice for the vacation time I took for no reason since they did not show up. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

  I have to agree with everything, that everyone else said in the reviews.BO, Unprofessional, argumentative , rude, was in my house for 10 min, claimed, 1 item is not going to be covered by my home warranty company, took a picture and told me it was our fault but gave me the price if it needed to be replaced?? Toilet has been running ever since they supposedly fixed it. Slammed my door on the way out so that 2 picture frames fell of the wall and the frames brook.It is very odd to me that a lot of the reviews have almost the same comments. Requested new company, and now everything is fixed and covered.
