Installed a new front door on our home. We are very happy with the results.This is the fourth project Opal has done for us. As with the previous projects, working with Opal is a great experience from start to finish. Communication leading up to installation is excellent, The installation crew was friendly, considerate and professional. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and they left the worksite cleaner than it was when they started.Without a doubt, I will call them back for our next home improvement project (whatever that happens to be).

All staff and work from Opal have been wonderful. We now have a beautiful French door where there was once a window in our dining room. Their pricing was also very competitive with the other quotes we received. Opal redid *******. I was impressed with the service and how quickly the project moved from signing to finishing the job. I live in ******* and the houses are close to each other. *****, we have been in communication with you and we do have all communication documented. You are important to us, as we have communicated. We understand you are frustrated that something was missed on your end, in our proposal that we offered to you, in order to rectify this we have offered you a new window at complete cost from the manufacture and we have communicated every time you have asked us for aide or clarification. We are sorry you feel otherwise right now. We have NOT asked you for full payment until you are completely happy, but we have asked for progress payments as outlined in your contract. When you told us you felt there was a water leak with a brand new installed window, we came out right away and tried to understand the issue but could not find any. We did ask for the opportunity to come over and perform a water test or if you did not want a water test we have no choice but to wait for rain to help us understand what is happening (A water test is preferred by us) You are important and we are still in progress of your valuable project!Windows, Siding and Doors by Opal Enterprises Naperville

1. The leaky window. 4 People in the company have followed up following rain to get feedback on whether or not they continued to see evidence of the leak. They either were not home, unable to tell or did not respond. I last emailed yesterday since we had morning rain and they have not responded with any feedback. I still offered to send **** for a water test. I offered three separate times this week and again, they haven't responded. We are waiting for their response to move forward.2. Missing interior casing. Per *****, we were short casing. It was special order through ********** and is expected to arrive next week. I communicated that to ***** and ***** and explained once we have the material in hand we will send the crew back out to install. We are waiting on material to compete.3. Reordered Master window. Again, as *** mentioned, she believes the signed contract we have on file was not actually the proposal she "thought" she signed. She firmly believes she saw and agreed to operable windows in her Master. She sent me a Proposify link to a proposal that *** had made inactive/deleted, so she was unable to access it. She then felt that was the proposal she thought she signed. ***, **, and I have all explained to her how Proposify works, that it is a "Live" platform that does not even allow for fraudulent or deceptive practices like that. *** was able to find the proposal in question, which further helped our case, because while it did show casement options- they were ******** 100 series and not *****, which she ultimately agreed to. I have forwarded that proposal to her, for her records and review. I communicated that the window is tentatively expected to arrive the week of 11/14 and will be scheduled for install shortly after. I promised to remain in communication if anything changes. We are waiting for the window to arrive to complete The customer made public comments that we are non-responsive when it is the company that is waiting on information.Review fromJames O

We are thrilled with the outcome of our project with Opal. They removed our sliding glass door, replaced it with a huge picture window, and added a new glass back door to our house. Opal did a lot of maintenance work on our previous home, from roof to complete exterior wrap.In our new home, Opal recently replaced an aging front door with a beautiful, insulated door, including doorframe, in half a day. Work is clean, cleanup was done; 2 installers were competent, focused, friendly and on time. Price was reasonable. We recommend Opal.Windows, Siding and Doors by Opal Enterprises Naperville
