      *** and his team did a terrific job on a very difficult project for us. Our 100-year+ old building does not make IT projects easy, but the Umbrella team was able to succeed where others failed. When another IT partner was falling well below our expectations on getting cables ran for the new camera system Umbrella Tech was set to install, *** offered his counsel and eventually stepped up to offer his team take over the nightmare-ish cabling work. *********** were on top of the project from start to finish. They were on time, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. Where the other IT team needed things constantly repeated and wasted our time, Umbrella was fire-and-forget. Overall, I could not recommend them more. I am very happy with the work they completed and I will be looking forward to more opportunities to work with them.

      Umbrella Technologies installed their ******** system for us recently. We are very pleased with the software's functionality and we were also impressed by the technicians who installed the software. They were prompt and finished the work in a timely manner. Since the installation, ******, the *** and founder, and his employees have always made the time to assist us as required. In addition, the cost is reasonable compared to other companies we had considered. Thank you!.

      I highly recommend Umbrella Technologies for your access and security needs. Of all the companies I reached out to only Umbrella was able to fully explain the pros and cons of each system, show up on time, and get me exactly what I need. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. The system they installed is flawless and seems to be light years ahead of what else is out there. We can access our doors without key fobs or cards, and the system was less expensive than I thought.
