Tracking numbers YWORD010032788495 and YWORD010032923339 have been set as out for delivery since 6 February. At this time. It has been poor business days six days in total I have sent overthree emails to this company and I have heard nothing. My product moved on the delivery truck on Saturday to go to some other location, but went back the tracking number show the exact location of where my packages are and this is unfair that I have reached out multiple times and cant even get a response let alone my packages.Initial Complaint

Yanwen Express Facility in *********************** has unfortunately been supposedly randomly selected by **** online company in ***** as their courier here in ******** to deliver their customer's packages and this facility has for the SECOND TIME has had physical possession of my packages and NEVER DELIVERED THEM. I have proof from this facility that they have possession of my first package since December ******* and they NEVER DELIVERED IT. After contacting Temu I was promised this carrier would not handle any other orders, so I reorder and shortly received an email notifying me that this FRAUDULENT COURIER received another package ( YWORD010024980869, this one posted here) yet they still haven't delivered. They are stealing customers packages and never delivering them. Their are massive reviews from other customers on ********************** Facility in ************** ******** website to illustrate the theft by this facility. I cannot understand why this facility is able to continue to do this without being sanctioned, fined, or reprimanded? I would appreciate your assistance to resolve.Initial Complaint

The delivery boy did not follow the instructions I wrote in front of my door "Please put the packages in the table inside the front porch. DO NOT leave packages in my front door." 2 days later, the packages he left outside my door were stolen. We were on vacation so no one was left to receive the package. It took the delivery boy a while to leave the package. He was always checking on something on his cell phone. He went to my door, read the note, walked to my porch, checked his phone, then went back to the front door, and left the packages there. He was already right in front of my porch, he still didn't just swing the packages inside the porch to keep it safe. He LEFT the two packages in the front door where it can easily be seen by thieves. I lost 2 pairs of men shoes and contact lenses for a total of $86 just because the delivery guy could not read and follow a simple instruction written in my front door, in BOLD LETTERS. The **** guy that delivered my package right after the YANWEN guy was able to read my note and placed my package inside the Porch area.Business Response

I am not rejecting this response yet. I just dont know where to send the tracking information to YANWEN. I have videos of the guy delivering the package and video of the thief who stole the packages. Where can I send the video files? They want to track the package, They wont be able to track it anymore because it has been delivered and then stolen 2 days later. It's the fault of the delivery guy for not following the instruction written on my front door. It was his responsibility to keep the package safe. He should have just took the packages back with him instead of leaving it in the front door. Tracking # for the shoes (*****************), contact lens (VR665770812YP)

I had ordered goods from the popular website Temu. In which I have never had a problem receiving my items until now. It has been nearly a month that I have been waiting on the shipping/carrier to deliver my goods, called Yanwen Express. There is absolutely no information about them on the internet, none of their customer service phone numbers work, you cannot get a response when you email them, and they attempt to deliver your package (when youve clearly provided the correct address) and say that the wrong address was provided. They have attempted delivery twice now, and upon research this company reportedly scams consumers out of receiving their goods. I had called another company, part of the same building as Yanwen Express, and the employee of the other company had no idea who I was talking about. I am afraid I will never get the goods that i rightfully deserve and paid for, because Yanwen express has scammed me.Business Response

I was supposed to have a package delivered to me on 9/29/24. Yanwen said Parcel delivery failed [Rejected Package]. ****** will be returned to the Yanwen warehouse. My package has still not been delivered and despite trying to contact the company on at least 15 different occasions, I have yet to hear back from them. The phone numbers that are provided online are not valid working phone numbers and they do not respond to emails. I would like to know where my package is and why they havent tried to re-deliver it!
