    We agreed to a 2.5 bath renovation project with iBuild in October 2022, with work beginning in November 2022 and estimated at that time to take 5 weeks. Work is not yet complete in May 2023, close to 7 months later. The team are unresponsive, unable to provide a schedule to complete work, there have been numerous no-shows and there is still no clear plan to resolve outstanding items. In addition, many items are not as outlined in the *** or not finished to the expected standard. Contractor seems unwilling or unable to complete outstanding work as outlined in the contract, and is no longer communicating in a timely or professional manner.

    IBuild constructed a back deck for us in 2020. **** the owner had done a lot of work for us previously and verbally guaranteed his work. The Cedar deck was VERY SQUEAKY and we called him to fix it. He has been saying he would come out and fix the problem for 3 years.
