After extensive conversations with ****** **** about his lead gen ********* I decided to onboard with him and his company. Once I paid my fee of $5000.00 he was unreachable by phone. I had to resort to email where ****** **** continually asked for the same documents that I informed him repeatedly were sent via email. After some time ****** **** began ignoring me so I began requesting for a refund. It was wholly appropriate as he had rendered ZERO services to my company. It was an appropriate request. He has ignored my emails since 3/27/23 and as of 4-17-24 he has blocked my email requests.

We started with this client 2 years ago and within 2 years she only logged into our client portal twice (2 times) to do the program (see attachment) ($0). Unfortunately, without doing any of the tasks required, no results will come from that. We have very clear expectations on this with every client.

As you can see from the emails, we tried to accommodate her and continue our work for 3 months. It has now been 2 full years since this engagement started and we are still offering to continue to work with her and support her. We do not offer any refunds for any program unless specified.

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not wish to close this complaint. As you can see from his email response to you versus the downloaded timeline of emails I provided, ****** ***** timeline is incorrect and untrue.

If you read the correspondence that began 3/27/23, you will see that I had explained to him multiple times that I had sent him the documents he required to no avail.  His program is a scam.

This is did NOT take place two years ago.

I have repeatedly emailed him for a refund and ****** **** has continually ignored me and then he blocked all of my emails to him.

Please move forward with this complaint.

Also, if I never took advantage of his system as he clearly states, why is ****** **** so insistent on not issuing me a refund or looking for a resolution with me?  Why did he block me?  He certainly never called me.

Please let me know next Steps.

    Sincerely,

You can see here in our client portal that this client joined in August of 2022 (2 years ago).

You can also see from her email chain our kick off call was dated August 9th of 2022. Any clients that join and do not put in the effort required will not get results with us.

    Complaint: 21590642

I am rejecting this response because:

As clearly detailed from the email chain beginning in March 2023 I made several attempts to get this program started with ****** ****

****** **** repeatedly asked me to send the same document which I had emailed to him multiple times as clearly stated in my emails March 2023.

He has also clearly indicated that he performed no work on behalf of me, my business, or my account.

Since this is clearly the case, why is ****** **** so hard-pressed to issue me a refund?

Any business that was paid for a service and admits they never performed the service yet refuses to issue a refund should be considered fraudulent.

I am requesting a refund in full.

Also, some randomly generated screenshot of a portal that is inaccessible by anyway other than him should be considered suspect.

The evidence that Ive provided shows a strong case for a refund specifically with ****** **** admitting he did no work for me  in his own words.

****** **** is also hoping that you terminate this complaint because he claims it was 2 years ago as it was not.  I would not have escalated this to you if he had not blocked my emails to him requesting a well deserved refund.

    Sincerely,

These are all fabricated.  As you can see from the agreement she forwarded and our client portal. This client started with us 2 years ago.  We're happy to continue our work with her out of good faith even though she's disappeared for 2 years.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have fabricated nothing as ****** **** has indicated.

As is 100% evident from the email chain that I provided that I had attempted to work with ****** **** to no avail.  The emails begin to ****** **** from me on March 17, 2023 and end on April 17, 2024 when he blocked emails from me to ALL of his email addresses.  Screenshots are attached.

****** **** had no interest in working with me as 3/28/23 so why would I accept that now?  I do not.

****** **** repeatedly ignored me and then blocked all of my emails to his various business accounts as I continued to request a refund from him.

Again, ****** **** has clearly indicated he did zero work for me or on my company's behalf.  Ask yourselves this questions, why doesn't he just issue me a refund and move on?

I've attached five docs as proof above.

    Sincerely,

I purchased a $4500 client acquisition program with B2B Client Acquisition, founded by ****** ****. Due to my own personal experience, I would not recommend giving this company any money. ****** threatened his attorney if I "ruined his reputation." If he responds to this he will be full of excuses and lies (my personal experience as I don't defame or slander.) He claims that their company responds within 4-8 hours. In fact, they're not responsive or engaged at all. Because I am kind, I assumed it was because they had too many clients and they were churning and burning, getting tons of clients in the door. He "says" they only have 16 clients and a team of 5. Why does it seem like a 1 person operation? Why so disengaged?Since they don't have too many clients, one can only assume they are lazy and only focused on the sale.****** will try to say that I shut down my campaigns or stopped working with them. That is true. They were impossible to deal with in work ethic, ******************** I found no value (just stress) in continuing to try to chase them down for answers & engagement.Part of the refund requirement is to keep your campaigns running for 5 months. With their SLOW response time, there is zero urgency with this company, which resulted in my inability to keep campaigns open as I didn't have the income and he counted on that to avoid the refund. Here are the LIES:- They said you were only required to pay $150 per month to keep apps open. (Not true, it's more like $250 - They said on their website they offer 24/7 support - One (of many) examples of disengagement: I contacted them on Apr 17 to look at my offer, I gave them 3 days response time (as I was lectured they respond by 72 hrs). I followed up on Apr 20th and his response was an annoyed "We'll get to it shortly!" They didn't. I had to chase him down again and asked *** 2nd and I received a "makes sense" response.Don't do business w/ ****** **** if you value expediency and engagement.

The Client agreed to a ***** response time and it was discussed at great length of when our scheduled 1on1 calls would happen (please see the attached agreement we sent to her, that she agreed to).  Which is actually faster than the 4-8 hour response time that she mentions here.

The April 17th scenario was 1 scenario out of the 50 plus emails we responded to from this client within 45 days of agreeing to our engagement with her (well documented).  In this one scenario/example, ****** **** had a medical emergency with their 1 year old daughter, and apologized for the inconvenience of the 1 day delay.

The client, ******, after 30 days of one campaign running was unhappy and decided to focus on the slow response time as the issue to break our agreement. Unfortunately, per our agreement, we need a true test of any marketing campaign there needs to be at least 150 days and we tested for less than 60 as the client agreed to in her statement (and per our agreement attached). Furthermore, we responded well within our agreed response time with our client that she signed and agreed to.

We tried to come to a fair conclusion with her mother, ***** (who paid for our engagement) picture attached, that we would be happy to increase our response time for her so that we could finish a true test, but ****** refused and wanted to breach our agreement.

In regards to the $150-$250 a month, the client took a loan from her mother (email proof attached), to afford a true test of 6 months as we both agreed to. The client had an extra $1,000 given to her from our invoice to pay for $150-250 a month of apps as stated in the agreement. So finances were a non issue here for a fair test.

We wish the outcome couldve been different, but ****** chose not to continue to work with us.

I am rejecting this response because ****** thinks the reason I ended the contract was because I wasn't getting results or because I did not have the money to continue. The reason I severed the relationship was due to LACK OF TRUST DUE TO SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.  This was of course compounded by their slow response time (which they never apologized for as he claims), and his smarmy and manipulative practices.

Overall, it was impossible to get any engagement or WORK out of ******. As a general rule they took 1-2 days to get back and that singular time that it took over 14 days to get him to give me feedback on my offer (breach of contract #1) he gave a glib response "Makes sense."
That response typifies this millennial's work ethic. ****** ****

    To wit:

    1) He stole worksheets from ************ and I have proof attached that Consulting.com DID NOT license their products to be repurposed.

    2) He claims ************ is a client of his

    3) He claimed that *********************** was their corporate attorney. I reached out to *********************** and he said he does not represent them (proof of that attached as well. It is illegal to claim an attorney represents you when they don't. This is just one example of many of ******'s shady business practices and lack of integrity.

    4) I have a feeling he's lied about other things as well (Based on what I know of ******, it's doubtful that his daughter was really in the hospital - I'd like to see proof of that hospital invoice), that he has a full team (I believe he lied that he has a team of 5 so he doesn't have to refund the money), and I believe he lied about having a Co-Founder too.  I don't think he ever had a Co-Founder.

Of course I don't have proof of the items in number 4, they are just suspicions. But my suspicion about him stealing ************' work was correct. My suspicion that *********************** did not represent them was correct.

So you see, I am asking for a full refund because I almost immediately lost faith and trust and do not think B2B Client Acquisitions is a legitimate organization. They certainly are not honest, and if they stole someone's work and passed it off as their own (which they did), then my next complaint will be to the FTC.

It's up to ******. He breached contract before I did, and all of his complaints are moot because he's already proven he has zero veracity or credibility.

His choice. I will escalate past BBB if necessary. He must do the right thing.  And he knows what that is. A full refund of $4500. I have not made ONE false claim about ****** ****. It is he who is a liar and I've provided plenty of proof.

    Sincerely,

    *************************************

    1) He stole worksheets from ************ and I have proof attached that Consulting.com DID NOT license their products to be repurposed.

False claim, we dont license or sell this product and never have.

    3) He claimed that *********************** was their corporate attorney. I reached out to *********************** and he said he does not represent them.

We are represented by them as our agent per the State of ** website. ****** has no proof to back this statement. (attached is our proof). Our lawyer forwarded ** ******'s email to him and since there is no "legal" claim to any of her statements, there was nothing to move forward on legally as a lawyer, thus no response needed.

Again as the client ****** stated, she has no proof of her claims.  You can easily see our team members on LinkedIn and their work status as our employees. Our engagement is all 1on1 and ****** was only to work with ****** and no other team members.

We practice business professionally and by the law. Unfortunately, this client does not.  ******, breached our agreement and is not entitled to any refund per our agreement and has already worked with us for multiple months while getting results we promised.

    Complaint: 20101238

I am rejecting this response because:

I have most definitely provided proof of both of the following things:

    1) EXHIBIT C:  That ****** and his "team" claimed that *********************** was their attorney (please read ALL pages in Exhibit C which include their refusal to provide his contact info to me (they claimed in an email he was cc'ed he wasn't.). So in essence, ****** wrote a little letter (his cease and desist after I sent him a cease and desist) and they informed me that any future communications had to be made to "our corporate attorney *********************** who we've cc'ed" .  When I asked for his email they provided his mailing address.  So I found his email address and emailed him directly.

    2) *********:  ****** forgot to review ALL the pages in *********. It clearly shows an email from *********************** stating that HE DOES NOT REPRESENT ******.  This attorney would not lie, but ****** would.

Now, do I deserve a refund in the amount of $4500 because ****** is a proven liar and snake?  Not necessarily.

But I do deserve a refund for breach of contract and MISREPRESENTATION OF THEIR SERVICES.  On the website it clearly states that you get 24/7 access. I had to *********************** and his "team" down the entire engagement. They did the least amount of work possible, they convinced my 72 year old mother to put $4500 on her credit card and they are the lowest of the low.

Finally, if ****** were wise he would acknowledge that doubling down on his lies is only going to bring more blowback.

I haven't threatened ******, I'm only trying to get my mother the refund that she deserves from a company that lies, mispresents their product and shouldn't be in business.

The stress he's experiencing is a direct result of his own actions.

I've provided evidence that ****** is a liar. I've provided evidence that refuted that ****** gets back to clients within 4-8 hours. He keeps changing his stories and creates new excuses. I have zero respect for *******

The fact that I feel sorry for him that he feels he has to try to save his organization with more lies is not strong enough that I'm willing to let him off the hook for this one.

I expect a refund for misrepresentation of the services promised, the delivery and communication in a timely manner, and his refusal of fundamental promises in the contract such as helping with the offer. "Looks good!" Is not what you expect from a company who promises 24/7 service.

This is a company who does the least amount of work possible, phones everything in, hates their clients, and LIES about everything.

Some would even say this refusal to provide a refund is elder abuse.  He created high blood pressure in my mother and ****** cares about ******. If he cared even about the reputation of his business the refund would have been promptly processed.

FTC is next. I won't accept anything less than a refund. He's a snake and a liar. PLEASE REVIEW THE ***** and RETURN OUR MONEY.

    Sincerely,
