I feel this place needs to be shut down. I bought a 2021 camper not even a year ago. I went in for warranty repair on the fridge and stereo. The stereo almost caught fire and the fridge would cool when it wanted to. While I was there I talked with a salesman about possibly trading. We looked a two campers, you could tell he didn't want to be bothered. Anyway he went they the process. He showed me the numbers on what the trade would be. He offered me 20,000 less not Harley six months ago. I told him that unacceptable and I should be closer to 30,000. He said "not gonna happen". So I go and wait in waiting area for my camper to be completed. Four hours pass, I go ask about it, and they tell me it was a drop off. I sat there 4 hours and all I got was I'm sorry, go get you some lunch. A week passes, I call to check on camper, they tell me not ready, if parts are needed I have to pay shipping, I've never heard of this with a warranty. I call finance and ask why, he does the sales pitch to sell you a warranty. He said he's not heard of that. He said I'll check and call you back. A week passes, I call him back and tell him I'm still waiting on his response he never was gonna call me. I told him I wanted to cancel warranty he told me he would email me to form print it, fill it out and email it back, that was 4 days ago, still waiting on it. Service dept does not work together. I went to get my camper with fridge and radio not fixed due to all the deception and lies, at this point I'm done with them. I was supposed to call ahead so they would have it pulled out. They didn't do it. I actually had to wait almost an hour. they pulled it out and still expected me to pay them. I told the person behind counter I hooking up and if the service person has come to inform me of service I was leaving. As soon as I got hooked up he ran out to tell me what was done. fridge needs no repair and radio on order. Said they discounted my bill. I said I wasn't paying for no work complet

I ordered an item and immediately cancelled. I refused the item. The item price was for $645.00 and they took $400 refusal fee. ***** said they can't do anything and I asked her corporate phone. she refused to give me the phone number. ***** the manager did not care. They stole $400.00. Do not buy anything from Camping World. The worst online shopping experience ever.

I just quit camping world. I worked for 9 weeks straight with zero pay. Every day I checked about it it was we're working on it we're working on it we're working on it. Finally today I get a paycheck it's a full dollar an hour short and with zero overtime pay. When I told the general manager I was going to contact the lawyer the better Business bureau and corporate he literally laughed in my face and threatened physical violence. Anyone seeking employment or even purchase anything from camping world stay away it's not worth it they treat their employees like garbage.

As a former employee, this company has no compassion and extremely poor management. After working there for a few years, as a master certified tech, I have watched campers leave the sales side without being prepped - knowingly rotted roofs on campers, and many more issues that they failed to resolve before customers left with campers. They didn't let customers know of the damage, and as a veteran from the ** military, it was extremely hard to watch them take advantage of customers. The last thing I had to deal with before leaving was the saddest thing I had ever seen - my son was sick over a weekend and was life transported to Jacksonville, so I didn't arrive to work till that following Tuesday and was pulled into the office and accused of stealing a ** over the weekend while I was in the hospital. That was the final straw. I quit and started my own business the same day, and used all my vacation time. I couldn't believe that a company, knowing my son was sick, would accuse of such a thing. They slandered my name around the company, asking all employees if they thought I stole it. Extremely sad, when I was the youngest/highest paid tech at the facility. Come to find out, the general managers nephew was a crack head and the camper was in his bay when the ** went stolen. Soon after, they sent him to rehab.
