    i paid this man 2,075.00 to remodel a room. he was paid in full for materials and labor. he just decided to stop showing up. it is now raining in that room, the drywall is now destroyed. he did not put the shingles on my roof, he did not put the siding on my house, he caused loss of electricity to my garage, central air unit, the room that was to be remolded, and all back yard outlets and electricity. this has been around 11 months now

    I hired ****** * ***** of company GET IT DONE LLC which he said was his company and was licensed and bonded on June 3oth 2023 to repair and replace all damaged wood siding, scrapping the house, and painting the house. I have paid him $2250.00 up-front money for supplies. I have legal binding contracts. He was scheduled to start work on July 10th, 2023, and have the job completed by 7-31st 2023. He has only showed up to work about 18-20 hours total in all this time and my house still has not finished scraping the paint, no wood siding has been replaced and he tore off all the siding on south side NW corner of house and left it. He has not gotten all the gutter bands nailed to house removed, he hasn't scraped all the house yet, he has not power washed, and the house has no paint nowhere! I think the house looks worse now than before he started as he tore off siding and never replaced it! The house was supposed to be done three weeks ago! I have given him so many chances and he just keeps breaking his word and never shows up when he says he will or does the work he says will be done. I think he is a total scammer that never intended on completing the job and demands half money paid up front and never finishes the job and I have overpaid for the few hours he actually did work on my house. I think he is a con man and knows to avoid being charged with fraud he has to do some work, so he does very little work and never finishes the job and has all the money paid upfront.
