    I was hired by ********************* through ******************* of Acme Windows. I was unable to finish/remodel his bathroom due to the fact that ************** wouldnt buy me the material. She claimed that I was stealing his property/material when that is completely false. I am a minority and I believe they were using excuses of me stealing so they wouldnt pay me. They owe me $2500 for work on their bathroom and master bedroom. I then found out that *************** whos is an attorney and partner of ********************* PC and his accomplice ******************* from Acme windows ran a credit and back ground check on me with out my permission or consent. She then was texting me cryptic messages regarding my history. I am still owed for my services and according to *************** he claims no background check was conducted. I later found out through a friend of a friend that she ******************* and ********************* ran my background check. I feel completely violated. My rights have been violated. I believe since I am a minority they thought I wouldnt say anything or question anyone. They refuse to answer my calls, they are trying to report all the money they paid me as stolen. I need help. I was informed by a neighbor that I should file a complaint on both businesses. Acme Windows and *****************************************. Located in ******************** **. I have been in business for 8 years, Im a small business unlike Acme and *****************************************. They have violated my personal rights by going behind my back and running a background check and credit report. I hope the BBB can help me out in reaching both businesses to get paid and to figure out why in the h*** a background check was conducted without my consent or permission.
