    On 8/20/2024 I contacted trinity warranty company to see about getting my Air Conditioning unit fixed. When I had signed up for the warranty the agent said if anything happened to any appliances at the house they would be covered. I verbally verified if anything happened my appliances were covered, he said yes. I have paid $200 per month for this policy for the past 6 months or so. Something happened to my A/C unit and now they are saying thats not covered. They said it was an act of god and they dont cover that but my home owners insurance would. I got a manager on the phone and told him thats bad business to tell people that if anything happens its covered, he said its not bad business. This companys ******* have got to be checked. Flat out lying is horrible. I work 4 jobs, have 2 kids, and a A/C unit that needs fixed but now that Ive paid for their warranty I do t have the funds to fix it and they wont hold their end of the agreement. I dont want an apology, I want them to do whats right. I never used their service so the least they can do is refund me what I paid so I can get my A/C fixed for my children. It is hot in ******* in August.
