      It is a scam business. Sending e mails offering help to get refund from Antivirus software companies. When their e mail appeared on my laptop, I made mistake ( so dumb of me ) and open the e mail and called them on the number given in the e mail. They started talking to tell me how they are going to get the refund. They get your credit card information and instead crediting a refund they charged $ 4399 to my card. And then they try to get your ATM card information and ATM location. Its a pure Scam business.I was lucky that **** reversed their charge and I didnt lose any money except for lot of stress and worry.
