    **** refuses to pay employees and wants them to work for free. Shad does not know how to quote jobs and then wants them done with bare minimum materials. Then he blames the employees for how the jobs come out and wants them to go back and work again for free. He won't pay finished jobs from weeks ago, claimed that he was never paid. We are now behind on bills because of this shady company. I would not recommend working for this company and or getting any work done from this company.

    This is a former employee providing a false statement attempting to damage company reputation, not a customer. 

    *********************** was terminated due to his poor workmanship and customer service that fell below company standards. Our office received multiple text and voicemail complaints that support our actions.

    Had a large project scheduled through *********************. He requested a second payment toward the job and never returned. Not answering calls or texts. His workers state he did not pay them. Hes not answering their calls or texts.

    The issue between Handyman Connection and *************************** was resolved on the same day, 8/19.

    The craftsman assigned to the project was demanding payment for unfinished projects over the weekend.

    Our company's policy for our craftsmen is to receive payment upon completion of projects to protect both our customers and our company.

    There have been too many instances of craftsmen not finishing a project because they received full payment.
