    *** was contacted on February 22, 2023 after a tree fell on the house causing an open roof area and interior damage. He said he could come look at it and remove it the following day. He came on the third day and removed it. He was fully paid to also remove the ***** of the tree but said he would come back because of the ground being frozen. In the spring his excuse was the ground was too muddy. But then June and July passed with days he said he would complete the job and he never showed up. It is now September and the ***** is still in the ground. He has ignored and evaded us. But kept the full amount of money.

    They were hired to take down the tree in my front yard, and 2 tree stumps and to clean up the debris. My idiot self paid them ******* and they didn't come back to clean up the yard and take all the debris from the tree. They also left tree limbs on the back of my house on the roof, in the gutter. I have contacted them over and over by text, that's what he wanted. I did call once, some guy answered, but I never heard anything back. I agreed on a price by text and payment by text. I paid him cash. I have a statement from him, I also agreed to the price. I also recorded it on my phone, the price he agreed on. I thought maybe this time I could trust someone. I guess not, my front lawn looks like c*** I don't know how to upload anything. I have the voice recording, the invoice that he gave me. I also had him sign the paper I had made out, it included all the debris taken away. It was wet the day he got done with the tree, he told me he would be back when the ground was drier to smooth over the dirt and take away all the debris, he never came back. I tried to get him to answer my text, he sent me a cease and desist all communication. That's all he would say to me.
