    If I could leave zero stars I would. I had two heat treatments and a year of chemical treatments and still have bedbugs. Over two years of dealing with this problem and there has been no solution. We were told the heat treatments failed because of clutter only after I complained after live bugs present following the second heat treatment, but in their paperwork, they state that if the home isn't ready upon walk through, they won't complete the heat treatment and will charge $300 for rescheduling. So if it was my error, why wouldn't they reschedule the treatment for more money? Now I am more than $3000 poorer, many bedbugs richer, and still need to find a way to deal with this problem.

    I have a contract with Bed Bug Docs for a series of four pest control treatments for which the second was not done. No one showed up as to why no second treatment has been done, and I have been unable to establish contact with them via either phone or email.
