I called this company and spoke to ***** and asked for the price to fix the left suspension/strut on my vehicle. I was told that it would be $900 dollars. I then received a follow up call from ***** that if he fixed the left suspension he would also have to fix the right suspension and that the prices would be $1200 total for both struts. I agreed to pay the $1200 for both struts to be fixed. Five months later, my right Strut/suspension started to fail. I brought my car back in and ***** told me my right strut had failed and it would be another $1200 to fix my right Suspension/strut. I informed him that he said it was fixed last time. He said that he can't do anything but charge another $1200 to fix the right strut. After speaking to several mechanics, they mentioned that it is mechanics **************************************************************************** leveled. Unfortunately, I feel duped and I will not bring my car, or any of my cars, back to this place. Nor will I recommend this place to any of my contacts.

My car was towed to this mechanic because it wasnt starting. I specifically told him about a hole in a coolant pipe that needed to be fixed, but that issue was completely ignored. Instead, he charged me for a timing coversomething I never asked for and that didnt address the actual problem. After keeping my car for weeks, he didnt do anything to get the engine running. When we finally got the car back, we realized it had been completely dismantled (photos posted on *********** reviews). Nothing is connected, spark plugs were left in a plastic bag, and he even left one of his SHOP RAGS INSIDE THE ENGINE. This is NOT how the car was brought to him. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to inspect it right away because his shop hours were during my work hours, and all of our communication was over the phone with my girlfriend. We paid over the phone by giving him my card number for manual entry, trusting that he was being honest. Looking back, there were red flagsweeks with no updates, delays before he even looked at the car, and Brunos attitude on the phone. Because of all this, we decided to tow the car elsewhere for repairs, and thats when we saw the condition it was ***** car was returned in WORSE condition than when it arrived. We ended up getting the engine replaced with a different mechanic and had a MUCH better experience.
