      I cancelled the service before it was done. They are stating they will keep my money and it is non refundable. This is stated nowhere on their website and I am requesting a full refund as services were not yet rendered.

      4/25- initial call, was told to send an email to northshore process with the details (address, name of tenants, and mail a check for $145. We did that right away Called again on 4/27, They said they didnt get our email so we resent again on 4/27 (but they cashed the check)I followed up again on 5/5, no response or follow up from Northshore Then again multiple times every few days I called and each time was told that the tenants weren't answering the door when they went to serve the notice and that they would keep trying.I followed up again on 5/24, was told that they exhausted all attempts to serve the notice but they said for an extra $450 they would do surveillance and stay there until someone came home or answered to guarantee the service within a few days. Check mailed for $450 that day.I followed up again on 6/8, and was told that they were having a hard time opening my attachment in my email and for me to resend the attachment. I was confused and didn't know what they were talking about as I was never asked to send an attachment of any kind. The guy proceeds to tell me that they can't give legal advice and that I have to prepare the legal 30 day notice and email it to them. This was the first time anyone told me that. So from 4/25 until 6/8, despite being lied to multiple times that they were making attempts to serve, not even ONE attempt was made because they didn't have the notice from me.... BECAUSE I was never asked to prepare the legal notice prior to 6/8, So there was literally nothing to serve....It is now 6/16, we paid $595 and the tenants still havent been served.
