    I got a storage in the outside parking lot for my boat online I was asked to download my drivers license, which I did was not required to download any other documents. I was charged immediately $102.41 $29 was for administration fee $14 for insurance does not cover anything in the parking lot. I was told later so that is an option thats on there and does nothing and the rest was for, the rental space when I went to drop the boat off, I was told that I need the title and registration and proof of insurance for the boat. I have no problem with those documents, but was charged right away and not told that I needed those documents. The The title and registration were in my fathers name, and this is an issue it has to be in my name was not told about that was told that my boat would be towed off the spot because it was parked there if I did not move it right away. talk to customer service the next day and they had canceled my policy at four days and there was no refund.So my main issue is not that I had to have the documents is that I was charged right away without having to give them the documents once the documentation was not correct And you had to choose the $$14 insurance policy that does not cover anything in the parking lot.
