    Subject: Filing a Complaint Against Howard Custom Transfer for Unacceptable Customer Service and Product Quality Dear Better Business Bureau,Our order of 900 transfers from Howard Custom Transfer arrived with pinholes printed in three distinct locations on all items. Despite our best efforts, a frustrating two-week period, and countless conversations with the company, the replacement items we received were inaccurately printed on gang sheets. We had originally ordered and paid an additional fee for individual sheets. However, the replacements were inconveniently provided as 450 gang sheets, necessitating us to manually cut and adjust each sheet. Further compounding the issue, the prints were off-center, resulting in us having to make multiple adjustments.Howard Custom Transfer touts its "industry-leading fast turnaround" as a hallmark of their service, but our experience paints a different picture. Even the intervention of the owner, ********** Howard, was not sufficient to resolve the problem. Our grievances were met with a lack of ownership and a dismissive attitude. The emphasis seemed to be on the fact that a free replacement was provided, rather than resolving the underlying quality issues.Furthermore, the company displayed a total disregard for our project timelines. Our needs were communicated clearly, but there was no urgency reciprocated on their part.The repercussions of this experience on our business have been significant - causing us to waste valuable time, money, and resources, not to mention the unnecessary stress endured.We strongly believe in the importance of upholding high standards in business practices. It is our hope that you can assist Howard Custom Transfer in understanding and addressing the areas where they have failed to meet these standards
