As far as timing, customer satisfaction and customer service all around period it's been almost 6 days and I still have no access to my account at all over the phone or online banking period I have no clue on what's going on with my money and I think this is about the only bank in the f****** world who holds checks for **** or two weeks and still in 2024. I used their ATM to make a withdrawal using an other bank's card. They charged me $4.00. A bit higher than usual, but OK. Then I went inside and asked the teller to make change from the cash. They refused. What???

Without knowing the branch location where the non-customer withdrew the funds from the *** and the date of withdrawal, we cannot investigate the specifics of his claim. If he provides this information, we will research the issue.
