    I hired Garage Flooring Experts in September 2024 to epoxy my basement floor. They began the job on 10/28, and it took about 3 days. On one of the days the workers asked to use my small shop vac to clean up in the power room. When the job was completed I was told I could not walk on the floor for 3 days. When I was able to walk on the basement floor, I was putting stuff back in their places and I saw that my vanity was scratched in the power room. I live alone and the vanity is only 5 months old. I have not kept anything on top of the vanity since I installed it. I held the shop vac over the vanity and it lines up perfectly with the scratches. I contacted the company and left a message for my salesman *****. That call has gone unanswered. I then contacted the office and spoke with a lady (I believe her name is ****). The lady contacted the office manger. The office manager called me and said the job manager would come out and look at it, a week after our phone call. Today I received a call from the office manager who said it makes no sense for the job manager to come out and I will talk to one of the owners ******. I was then advised that they would offer me $50 to purchase something to fix the vanity.

    Please note Jan 7th, 2025 I reached out *** ****** and made an agreement to go visit the client Wed Jan 15th at 12:00 pm.  I had an amicable conversation with him and hopefully put closure to this complaint.

    We value all our clients, I also spoke with **** in consumer relations today revising the BBB of our intentions of this client complaint.

    The meeting was rescheduled to Jan 16th at 12:00 pm - ****** & ***** went to visit *** at his home and saw the scratch on the vanity.

    *** had a quote from American Marble & *************** for $600 to replace the top - we will agree to pay $300 what he was purposing .

    There is now way to tell if our crew actually did the damages, however we are still willingly to pay the $300 and that is more than fair.

     

    It's an unfortunate situation but we are willing to help out our client.

    Epoxy work for my front porch was scheduled on first 6th May 2024 to 9th May ********************************************** total $700 then they change service date two time to make excuse for wheather which is not bad on those date . I emailed them for refund they didn't reply my email and now they says you don't get refund.

    **************************** contracted us to do his garage & Front Steps - We have rescheduled the front steps a few times due to rain.  This job is weather permitting and he was informed at the point of sale we needed

    4 days to do the work and at least 24 hours after - so no rain for 5 days!  We have contacted him each time to let him know weather conditions were not allowing us to do the work.  He also has a signed contract with us that states "All Sales Are Final"

    The job was rescheduled 3 times - we offered him $100 discount for the inconvenience (even though it is not our fault due to rain).  We would still like to complete this work and I can schedule him next week Sept 18th, 19th, 20th & 21st - 

    We value our clients and hoping we can come to this agreement -

    On or about 07/20/2022 I had the garage floor epoxy and moisture vapor treatment and other items they suggested. This cost me $1693.22 .A few months later the floor started to bubble all over. The owner sent out a person to look at the floor. The person said the *********** to be redone. Owner called and said they would redo the floor but strongly suggested we have a new top coat put on after the work was done. This now cost me another $450.00 . The floor looked good until 03/29/2023. The owner then came back and looked at floor with multiple bubbles and even more now. HE told me there was nothing he would do for me. Im on my own with a bubble floor. I told him my paper said LIFETIME WARRANTY. He sort of said to bad as Im not going to do anything.Any help would be appreciated. ************************* /

    Attached are the invoices, the client paid for.

    In his complaint he stated "I'm not going to do anything"  We are professionals and would never say that to a client....

    We would be willing to come back out and reassess the floor, he was shown videos and pictures of site conditions as well.

    This is false, his concrete had some erosion on his concrete..
