    We are approaching 90 days with no response from anyone on the ** Elevator Team. I have placed 40+ calls to the 24/7 dispatch line and left dozens of voicemails after being transferred to the "branch number"I was told that ************** was the account manager, Then told that ***** is the correct contact. I have been promised a call back 'within hours' by every single dispatcher. I have sent multiple emails to any email address I have been able to dig up. We have heard nothing back.We failed our elevator inspection back on October 2nd due to negligence on ** Elevator's part. The regular testing that ** Elevator is required to complete was not done in the necessary time frame. We are now 3 months past the testing deadline and are unable to get a clearance from the inspector until the required testing is completed.Please reach out to me ASAP to give me some sort of explanation of what is going on.

    Our elevator service provider, Thyssen ***** has failed to provide its services as outlined in the contract. The ongoing maintenance of the elevator has been ignored for the past two years and there is constant outages and an untimely manner in response time.As the condo board president, I fear for the safety and well being of the remaining tenets in the building based on the current state of the elevator given their failure to service and maintain a normal and proper operating standards.We have requested multiple times for them to address and resolve the issues, but they have failed to do so.
